Procedure
1. Check the N46-N68 oil in the oil pool barrel before work, keep the liquid level height of 1/3 cylinder high, and the pressure relief valve is open.
2. Place the mold or items to be pressed in the center of the workbench, and unscrew the lead screw for preloading.
3. Tighten the handwheel of the pressure relief valve clockwise.
4. Turn on the power-on switch, select the automatic mode, enter the target pressure, click the confirm button to start the pressure boost, and automatically stop and start the pressure holding after the pressure is boosted to the target pressure. (If there is a need for make-up pressure, the make-up pressure can be set)
If you need to stop the boost halfway, you can press the stop button at any time to stop the boost.
5. Loosen the pressure relief valve handwheel counterclockwise.
6. Unscrew the pre-tightened lead screw and take out the mold or items to be pressed.
In addition to YP-40T and 60T, other models can also be equipped with protective plates.

(1) Piston stroke refers to the vertical height of the piston cylinder in the process of boosting, such as 20mm stroke, that is, the height range of the piston is 0-20mm.
In the tablet pressing experiment, for example, if I fill in the mold with a thickness of 20mm of powder, it needs to be pressed to a thickness of 10mm, then the piston lift is required to be 10mm, for example, if I add a 30mm thickness powder, it needs to be pressed into a thickness of 10mm, that is, the lift needs to be 20mm. The piston stroke of different tablet presses is also different, for example, YP-8T is 0-20mm, YP-60T is 0-50mm.

(2) The diameter of the piston determines the area of the piston S, and the relationship between the pressure F of the tablet press at this time and the MPa value P displayed by the meter head at this time is F=P×S.
So the larger the diameter, the larger the S, and when the same pressure F is reached, the smaller P needs to be reached, which is equivalent to a decrease in the number of pressures.
For example, the piston diameter of a certain model of 24-ton tablet press is 87mm (the same as the diameter of the YP-15T piston) and the piston diameter of the 24-ton tablet head needs to reach 40MPa, while the piston diameter of our YP-24T tablet press is 100mm, and the piston diameter of the 24-ton tablet press is 30MPa, that is, when the pressure of 24 tons is also reached, the number of times our YP is boosted is less, and the pressure handle can be boosted up and down, for example, the old model needs to shake the pressure handle 20 times to 24 tons. Our new YP-24T can reach a pressure of 24 tons in about 7-8 times.
