Overview

The QHG pipe coating scratch Tester is designed according to the industry standard SY/T 4113-2007 "Scratch Resistance Test Method for Anti-corrosion Coatings". It is suitable for testing the scratch resistance of the anti-corrosion coating on the outside of the pipeline.

Operating Principle

The instrument is composed of servo motor and control system, and the test scratches are automatically completed and automatically zeroed. The scratching speed is maintained at 254mm/min, and the counterweight weight is raised and lowered freely to ensure that the marking needle parts fall freely on the workpiece.

Precautions

The instrument operation program has been set up at the factory, no need to change the program, after the power is turned on, put the test board, use the right round handle to fix it, manually open the rising button to make the test board rise close to the scribing needle, and then press the F key, automatic control, press the start button to complete the test automatically, press the start button to repeat the above actions, press the end program or exit key to exit.
