The gas online monitoring system is composed of flue gas and exhaust Gas Detectors, high-precision dehumidification and dust removal filters, long-life vacuum sampling pumps, rotameters, 24V power converters and circuit protection devices, wireless transmission modules (optional), etc. Its working principle is as follows: the product is powered by 220V, and after the internal power converter becomes 24V, it directly supplies power to the flue gas exhaust Gas Detector, Vacuum Pump and wireless data module; After the Vacuum Pump working inside actively sucks the external gas into the gas pipe, it is sent to the gas chamber of the flue gas and exhaust Gas Detector for concentration detection after being cooled down by efficient dehumidification and dust removal. The detected concentration value will be displayed on the screen in real time; At the same time, there are 4-20mA, RS485, constant switching output port or wireless 212 protocol for data remote transmission; In addition, the gas online monitoring system can be used through switching signals with fans, valves, sprinkler systems and other equipment in the factory. In addition, its monitoring data can also be received in real time through special supporting software, and can realize multi-channel unified management and quantity expansion.
