The wet Film Thickness Gauge with handle is a thickness measurement tool for the application of various coatings such as base coats and varnishes. Values are expressed in mils.

The Thickness Gauge has a range of 5~200, 4~60 and other specifications to meet the needs of different industries.

How to use:

Immediately after the application of various coatings, the wet Film Thickness Gauge toothed measuring surface is firmly placed vertically on the flat coating surface of the workpiece and then removed. Observe the tooth end of a large number of values in contact with the wet film surface, the tooth mark value is the wet film thickness value, and measure it twice in different positions in the same way to obtain representative results within a certain range.

After use, the wet Film Thickness Gauge should be washed, dried, and placed in the box sleeve, and the tooth end damage and wear should be corrected or updated in time.
