        Based on ISO 22007-2-2008, GB/T 32064-2015, GB/T42919.1-2023 and other standards, it can meet the test of different forms of materials, such as liquid, solid block, paste, powder, film, etc., with a short test time, and the test time of each sample is ≤ 160S; The test sensitivity is high, which can reach 0.00001;

        Measuring principle

        The transient planar heat source method is based on the principle of planar one-dimensional unsteady thermal conduction: the plane heat source in the infinite medium generates a dynamic temperature field inside the medium after receiving the instantaneous heating pulse in the initial thermal equilibrium state, and the thermal conductivity and thermal diffusion coefficient of the sample are calculated by fitting the temperature data generated by the heat conduction process and fitting the function curve. During the test, a constant direct current is applied to the heat source, and the temperature rise on the surface of the heat source increases, and the resistance increases, so that the bridge test system is unbalanced and produces potential changes. By the amount of change in the electrical parameter, the function of temperature increase over time is obtained.
