        Product Use:

             Bauer-McNett Fiber Classifier is an instrument and equipment used by the screening method to determine the weight average fiber length of pulp fibers in pulp and paper laboratories. It is used to measure the proportion of fibers of different lengths in the pulp and grasp the distribution of fibers of various lengths in the slurry. This machine conforms to the screening method specified in GB/T 2678.1-1993, and also conforms to the screening method experiment specified by TAPPI T233cm-95, and meets the experimental method of Nordic SCAN M6 (10g sample, water flow 15min, flow rate 10L/min).

        principle

        When the pulp suspension flows from one container to another, different fiber lengths are retained on different screens, and the fiber length of the pulp is consistent with the mesh size of the screen plate. At a certain water flow speed, after screening for a certain time. After collecting the fibers on each sieve plate, drying and constant weight, the results are reported according to the amount of fibers remaining on each mesh to the mass percentage of the input samples.

        Features

             This equipment is mainly composed of frame, sink, inlet water metering system, screening tank, filtration and drainage device, timing device, electrical control department, etc.

             The equipment is made of stainless steel, each screening tank has an independent mixing device, and each part is installed on the overall wall plate, which is more optimized. The quantitative pulp suspension is injected into the first stage of screening tank, each screening tank is a stepped type, the screening tank is equipped with a screen, the screen orifice size of each screen is different, under a certain water flow speed, when the pulp suspension flows from one screening tank to another, the pulp of different fiber lengths is retained on different screens. After screening for a certain period of time, the fibers in each screening trough are collected, dried, and the weight is constant, and the results are reported according to the mass percentage of the input specimen according to the amount of fiber remaining on each mesh.
