How it works

This equipment adopts electronic constant force speed regulation line, digital direct display of shaft speed, and is equipped with dispersion impeller and sanding disc. It can adapt to the different test needs of the laboratory.

The dispersion head of this machine is driven by the high speed of the motor, which produces a high linear speed of rotation tangential, and the material produces strong hydraulic shear and high-frequency mechanical effects under the action of huge centrifugal force, so that the fluid material can withstand thousands of times of shear and high-frequency mechanical effects per minute, so as to achieve the effect of efficient mixing, dispersion and homogenization.

Use and maintenance

1. When using, fix the selected sanding disc or dispersion impeller with the rotating shaft.

2. Adjust the high position of the shaft and capacity, lock the motor base and container, put in the material and cover the container lid.

3. Turn on the power, turn on the switch, wait for the display to reset to zero position, and then press the touch button to increase or decrease at the required speed.

4. This motor is a series motor, and the brush has sparks when rotating, so it is not suitable for use in explosion-proof workshops.

5. The rotation speed is greater than 4000r/min, and it is not suitable to turn on the empty machine.

6. When the motor brush is less than 10mm, it should be replaced.

Installation

1. Fix the two grippers on the frame, fix the stainless steel barrel, and the barrel cover hole coincides with the motor shaft.

2. Connect the motor with the five-core aviation plug on the governor. (Note the direction of the notch)

3. Connect the ground wire
