Product Introduction
This equipment is an automated integrated system designed for the continuous production of multi-layer composite materials, which realizes efficient and stable roll-to-roll (R2R) production through dual-station synchronous unwinding, precise lamination, constant temperature hot pressing and intelligent winding process, and is widely used in multi-layer composite manufacturing in new energy batteries (such as lithium battery separators), flexible circuits (FPC), medical materials, packaging films and other fields.
Functional modules
Dual-station unwinding: Independently controlled active unwinding system, supporting synchronous unwinding of substrates of different materials/thicknesses.
Automatic Deviation Correction: High-precision photoelectric sensor (±1mm) ensures material alignment accuracy.
Hot pressing lamination: Temperature/pressure adjustable hot press roller group to achieve bubble-free and high-strength interlayer lamination.
Tension control: Full closed-loop tension system (PLC + magnetic particle brake) to prevent material tensile deformation.
Center winding: constant tension winding, optional surface flattening or center drive mode.
