Product Introduction

This instrument introduces new technology for fat determination and is developed in combination with our country's national conditions. Reasonable design, stable performance, high accuracy, time-saving operation, labor-saving, measurement results in line with the national (GB5512-85) standard, all indicators and performance meet the requirements of imported similar products, the instrument is a reliable equipment for determining fat in food, fat, feed and other industries. The principle of root extraction and root gravimetry are used to determine the fat content. That is, the fat is dissolved under the organic solvent, the fat is separated from the solvent by extraction, and then the fat content is dried, weighed, and calculated. This instrument is mainly composed of three parts: heating extraction, solvent recovery and cooling. During operation, the heating temperature can be adjusted according to the boiling point of the root reagent and the ambient temperature, and the specimen can be repeatedly soaked and rinsed during the extraction process to achieve the purpose of rapid determination.

Experimental principle

QW-SZF-06A Fat Determinator is mainly composed of digital display electric heating constant temperature Water Bath heating and extraction, solvent condensation recovery, digital display automatic temperature control, time control, during operation, according to the difference of solvent boiling point, the level of indoor temperature, with the digital display temperature control meter to adjust in real time (easy to select time temperature control instrument). During operation, the condenser tube can be manually moved up and down, and the connection between the condensate pipe, extractor and bottle is connected by glass grinding mouth, which has good sealing performance. After the sample is extracted with a solvent such as anhydrous ether or petroleum ether, the substance obtained from the solvent is evaporated, which is called fat or crude fat in food analysis. Because it contains pigments, volatile oils, waxes, resins, etc., in addition to fat, the fat measured by the extraction method is free fat. The QW-SZF-06A (6-tube) instrument can perform the determination of six samples at the same time.
