Application of the product

The high-shear emulsifier is a high-performance product newly developed by our company according to the development trend of international advanced emulsification equipment. High-shear emulsifiers are efficient, fast, and uniform distribution of one phase or phases to another successive phase, which is usually insoluble in each other. Due to the high tangential speed generated by the high-speed rotation of the rotor and the strong kinetic energy brought by the high-frequency mechanical effect, the insoluble solid phase, liquid phase and gas phase can be instantly evenly and finely dispersed and emulsified under the joint action of the corresponding mature process and the appropriate amount of additives, and finally obtain stable high-quality products after high-frequency cyclics.

Transstator classification

Long bore stator head (standard): Suitable for rapid crushing of medium solid particles and mixing of medium viscosity liquids, long bore provides maximum area and good circulation for surface shear. Stator head size 10 cm.

Round bore stator head: suitable for low-viscosity liquid mixing, its shear rate is the largest, suitable for the preparation of emulsions and the crushing and dissolution of small particles in liquids. The size of the stator head is 10 cm.
