Product Introduction

Huinuo KTQ series adjustable wet film preparer is a new generation of scraper detachable Film Applicator developed by Huinuo, which meets the principle of differential gap scraping and adopts magnetic scraper design to solve the difficult cleaning problem caused by scraping of materials such as high viscosity and easy curing. This series of equipment offers a variety of coating widths from 50mm to 600mm to meet the needs of different application scenarios.

1. Magnetic detachable scraper structure, more convenient to clean

2. Precise thickness adjustment with blue differential head (scale and digital display optional)

3. The scraper is made of high-hardness mold steel, hard alumina frame, lightweight, wear-resistant and corrosion-resistant

4. The film thickness range is adjustable from 0~5000μm

5. Scraper accuracy± 2μm to 5μm (depending on the specific model, not false standard)

6. Provide 50-600mm multiple coating film widths to choose from, and support customization
