The box atmosphere furnace can work under vacuum and protective atmosphere, suitable for universities, scientific research institutes, industrial and mining enterprises to do atmosphere sintering, atmosphere reduction reliable equipment, with uniform temperature field, fast heating speed, energy saving, can pass through a variety of gases and other characteristics. Chamber atmosphere furnaces are divided into three models according to the different heating elements used, namely 1200 type, 1400 type, and 1700 type. 1200 type high-temperature box furnace, the heating element is mainly made of resistance wire. The 1400 high-temperature box furnace mainly uses silicon carbon rods for heating elements. 1700 high-temperature box furnace, the heating element is mainly silicon molybdenum rods.

• Inert gas, nitrogen, etc. can be input into the furnace.

• The upper temperature alarm can be set, and the main circuit can be automatically cut off when the temperature exceeds the upper limit.

• High-purity alumina ceramic fiber is used as the furnace material, which has good thermal insulation effect.

• The furnace door is sealed with silicone, and the four corners of the furnace door are locked with locks, which has good sealing performance.
