Application of the product
The high-pressure homogenizer is that the material is transported to a valve manifold of adjustable size under the action of the reciprocating movement of the plunger, which is subjected to extremely strong compression, and when passing through the flow limiting slit, it hits the homogenization valve at a very fast speed, producing a hole effect, impact effect and shear effect, so that the agglomerated material is evenly dispersed. Built-in heat exchange system, cooled by 4°C low temperature environment throughout the process, and the sample does not stay at high temperature throughout the process, mainly used in: Escherichia coli, yeast, various mammalian cells (VREO, 293, diploid).
