LX-E type Hardness Tester is suitable for the hardness measurement of medium hard elastomers, rubber or microporous materials, such as industrial rubber rollers, sealing strips, shoe soles, harder elastomers, etc., and is more suitable for thinner or curved specimens, and the hardness of the material is >90HA, <20HD is recommended to use this type of Hardness Tester. The Hardness Tester can be used handheld or with a fixed load test bench.
This Hardness Tester is performed in accordance with the American ASTM D2240 standard, corresponding to Type E Hardness Tester.
