Product Introduction

The instrument is a multi-functional haze meter, which is designed with a full-spectrum LED light source and spectral sensor, and is used to measure various parameters such as haze and light transmittance of various diffuse transmission materials such as opalescent, fog, frosted wool surface, and various transparent and translucent regular transmission materials. The instrument uses a 7-inch color screen and a capacitive touch screen to provide a reliable operating experience.

• The instrument complies with ASTM and ISO standards, and can easily achieve ASTM D1003 non-compensation method, ISO 13468 compensation method, total light transmittance, haze test, clarity test, to meet the standard testing requirements of different customers

• It adopts a 7-inch IPS smart screen design, with an intuitive interface, a good human-computer interaction experience, and easy operation

• The instrument supports total light transmittance measurements, including regular light transmittance and diffuse light transmittance: regular light transmittance is used to evaluate the light transmission properties of materials, while diffuse light transmittance reflects the scattering characteristics of the material, thereby ensuring more comprehensive test results and suitable for the evaluation of optical properties of various transparent and translucent materials.

• The instrument has a QC detection function, which can set tolerance thresholds and automatically output qualified judgment results, helping to establish a standardized quality inspection process

• It is available in 5mm and 14mm measuring apertures, which can meet the light transmittance and haze testing needs of different specifications of materials, and improve testing flexibility

• The instrument adopts a spectral sensor with a self-developed fitting algorithm scheme to replace the silicon photoDetector of the traditional haze meter, which has higher accuracy and more stable measurement

• The instrument has a repeatability of 0.03 for light transmittance, haze, and clarity measurements, ≤ensuring reliable metrology testing

• With an open measurement structure, the instrument can be placed horizontally or vertically, and comes with a positioning bracket to adapt to more test scenarios

• The core components are made of aviation aluminum, combined with high-precision CNC machining technology, to ensure that the alignment accuracy between the light source and the receiver reaches the micron level, significantly improving the measurement repeatability and accuracy of the instrument

• The instrument has three built-in standard lighting sources: CIE-A, CIE-C, and CIE-D65, ensuring that the measurement data meets industry requirements

• Provide powerful PC software to digitize user management on the computer, compare haze, transmittance, clarity differences, and generate test reports

• The use of advanced signal processing technology can effectively shield the influence of ambient light, ensuring the consistency of measurement data in complex environments
