Overview

Application

The Washability Tester is an instrument designed to evaluate the washability performance of coatings. It can also be used to assess the performance of any film-coated or treated surfaces, such as those with paint, electroplating, flooring, topcoats, wood density finishes, and similar treatments. The device performs wash cycles on coatings applied to standard test panels, with the number of wash cycles directly readable from the touchscreen. Based on the wash cycle count, the instrument helps determine the importance and necessity of evaluating coating washability. Compatible with the National Standard GB/T9755-2014, this instrument is an essential testing tool for coating manufacturers and research departments.
