Product Introduction

It is designed and manufactured in accordance with GB 4851 (test method for the adhesion of pressure-sensitive adhesive tapes) and the method for determining the adhesion of pastes, and is suitable for adhesive testing of pressure-sensitive adhesive tapes, self-adhesives, pastes, hot sols and other products.

Test Principle:

The test plate with the adhesive specimen is hung vertically on the test frame, and the weight of the specified weight is hung at the lower end, and the displacement of the specimen after a certain period of time, or the time when the specimen is completely detached, is used to characterize the ability of the adhesive specimen to resist pull-off. How to do it

1. After removing 3~5 circles of adhesive tape on the outermost layer of the adhesive tape test paper, untie the specimen roll at a rate of about 300 mm/min (remove its isolation layer at the same rate for the sheet specimen), and cut out the specimen with a width of 25 mm and a length of about 100 mm in the middle of the adhesive tape every 200mm. Unless otherwise specified, the number of specimens per set shall not be less than three;

2. Scrub the test plate and loading plate with a cleaning agent with a wiping material, and then dry them carefully with clean gauze, and so on three times. The above until the working surface of the board is clean by visual inspection. After cleaning, do not touch the working surface of the board with your hands or other objects.

3. Under the conditions of temperature 23°C±2°C and relative humidity of 65%±5%, the specimen is pasted longitudinally parallel to the plate in the middle of the adjacent test plate and the loading plate according to the size specified in Figure 2. The specimen is rolled with a press roller at a speed of about 300 mm/min. Note that when rolling, only the force generated by the mass of the roller can be applied to the specimen. The number of rolling can be specified according to the specific product situation, if there is no regulation, the reciprocating rolling is three times;

4. After the specimen is pasted on the plate, it should be placed at a temperature of 23°C±2°C and a relative humidity of 65%±5% for 20 minutes. Then fix the test plate vertically on the test rack of the instrument and gently connect the loading plate and weights with pins.

5. Place the instrument horizontally, turn on the power switch, heating switch, and fan switch in turn, and press the raised part on the timer to clear the time. The instrument automatically starts at the preset temperature until the temperature in the test chamber is constant to the set value;　

6. After reaching the specified time, unload the heavy objects. Use a magnifying glass with indexing to measure the displacement of the specimen to an accuracy of 0.1mm, or record the time when the specimen falls off the test plate.
