Product Introduction
Ultrasonic thickness gauge adopts the principle of pulsed reflection ultrasound and is professionally used to measure the thickness of metals, plastics, ceramics, glass and other materials that can conduct ultrasound. The instrument adopts a professional timing chip with a resolution of up to 0.001mm and ultra-high accuracy. Placing the probe on the side of the object can quickly measure thickness, which is suitable for industrial manufacturing, quality inspection and other fields. This product complies with the JJF1126-2004 ultrasonic thickness gauge calibration specification, accurately helps control the thickness of the material, improves the quality and efficiency of work, and is your reliable thickness measurement partner to meet your high-precision thickness measurement needs for different materials.

Easy instructions for use
1. Power on/off
Power on: Press and hold the OK button, and the version number and serial number of the instrument will be displayed after powering on, and enter the reference adjustment interface.
Shut down: Long press the OK button to shut down, or click "Shutdown" in the menu bar to shut down;
The instrument will automatically shut down when the auto-shutdown time is set when the time of inactivity is reached.
2. Benchmark tuning
After entering the Baseline Adjustment interface, you can perform the baseline adjustment operation according to the calibration animation prompts, or you can skip the baseline adjustment. When the instrument is not used for a long time, it is recommended to adjust it.
3. Measurement
The thickness of the measured object can be measured by applying a couplant to the surface of the material under test and pressing the instrument probe tightly on the surface of the material with a couplant and keeping it still. When the probe is well coupled to the material being measured, the coupling flag on the right side of the screen will remain immobile with a buzzer indication.
4. Setup and calibration
When the power is on, press the OK button to enter [System Settings], use the up and down arrow keys to switch and select [System Settings/Sound Velocity Settings/Reference Adjustment/Shutdown], and press the OK button to select it.
Aviation plug connection
The aviation plug of the probe is inserted/unplugged, and the aviation plug has a spring limit, which cannot be violently rotated and pulled.
Notes:
1. Sound velocity is a key parameter of ultrasonic thickness measurement, only by setting the correct sound velocity can you get an effective thickness value, it is recommended to use a known thickness and the same material as the DUT to set the sound velocity.
2. The probe should be kept in the center of the test point, and the periphery of the probe should not be suspended outside the test surface.
3. The other surface of the material to be tested must be parallel or coaxial with the surface to be measured. For coarse grain materials such as cast iron, it will cause a large amount of ultrasonic scattering, and when there is an abnormal value, it means that this material is not suitable for measurement by this instrument.
4. The probe is easy to scratch on the rough surface, minimize sliding on the rough surface, and the probe should be replaced in time if it is seriously worn.
5. When the instrument works for a long time, it is recommended to calibrate the benchmark to avoid the influence of the external environment on the instrument.
6. After the instrument is used, the probe and standard test block should be cleaned to prevent the probe and standard test block from being corroded.
