Product Introduction
JDH-0.4/300uvblclak small multi-functional coil coating machine adopts unwinding→ scraping (trough heating) → lamination→ winding continuous comma scraper coating process, effective coating width ≤ 300mm, coating thickness can be accurately adjusted to 0.01mm~2mm, coating roller accuracy and coating accuracy up to <0.002mm, ±0.003mm respectively, with digital display adjustment (resolution 0.001mm) and multiple sets of tension controllers, coating rate 2~4.5m/min Forward and reverse continuously variable speed. The equipment supports trough heating rod heating (temperature control RT+~200°C), adapts to a variety of coating materials such as lithium battery paste, glue, ink, and paper, film, aluminum foil and other substrates, is equipped with ultrasonic sensors to display deviations in real time, and the whole machine is powered by AC220V single-phase, with a size of 1624635750mm and a weight of about 120kg, which is compact and can meet the needs of multi-scene small coil coating.
