Product Overview:
Micro-concave roll-to-roll coating machine, roll-to-roll micro-concave coating experiment/pilot production line with effective coating width of 300mm. This production line is used for precise, thin layer coating on the surface of flexible substrates (such as PET, PI, copper foil, etc.), and the main process flow is: unwinding → micro-concave coating → drying → winding. The equipment design needs to meet the needs of high precision, high stability, easy operation and maintenance, and future process expansion.
Equipment manufacturing and installation standards
The main structure of the equipment is made of high-quality carbon steel, and the inner wall of the oven and the part in contact with the material are made of stainless steel 304.
The transmission parts (bearings, guide rails, and screws) are made of domestic brands.
