      5) Online self-diagnosis of abnormal operation of the entire system (water quality and quantity of source water, pre-purified water, ultrapure water), warning or automatic system shutdown, important system components (solenoid valves, booster pumps, UV lights, sensors, etc.) )Intelligent fault judgment and online replacement instructions.

      6) Two-stage reverse osmosis depth desalination, the raw water quality is less than 2000μs, the system desalinization rate is ≥99.5%, and the raw water utilization rate reaches 60-80%.

      7) Third-grade water/ultrapure water should be taken in a quantitative manner. The range of quantitative water taking is any integer volume, with an error of ±2ml (<500ml) or 1% (≥500ml).

      8) The Zhencai display screen displays water quality, total water intake and flow rate online, allowing users to understand the water intake status at a glance.

      9) All monitoring data of the entire system are collected in real time and can be viewed online without the need for external computer storage. The data storage capacity can reach more than one year.

      10) Data is uploaded to the cloud service center via USB every month for backup and diagnosis. Professional engineers will retrospectively analyze the uploaded data, and based on the analysis results, provide diagnostic reports and preventive maintenance recommendations to customers.

      11) The plug-and-play modular design of the system purification unit and components makes calibration, maintenance, cleaning, disinfection, and sampling during system validation easier.
