Product Overview
This equipment is a continuous coating machine that integrates coil release, immersion, scraping, infrared drying, correction, and winding, suitable for the research and development of laboratory coil dipping coating processes and small-batch production.
The equipment uses a bathing + scraping composite coating method, with a coating area ≤ 300mm and a scraping thickness adjustable to 0.001~3mm. Equipped with a 0.5-meter infrared drying channel, controlling room temperature to ~250°C. Rewinding and unwinding uses a 3-inch air expansion shaft, fully automatic constant tension control, and a correction accuracy of ±1mm. PLC + touchscreen control.
