Instructions

1. Connect the temperature sensor to the post on the back of the machine;

2. Put the beaker containing the liquid medicine in the middle of the workbench (that is, the electric furnace), put an appropriate stirring bar in the beaker, insert the temperature sensor head into the liquid medicine, and adjust the speed and pressure before plugging in the power plug. Turn the two knobs counterclockwise to the end

3. Plug in the power supply, place the timing knob at "ON" or the position where timing is required, adjust the speed control knob clockwise, and the agitator will start stirring;

4. Temperature control and adjustment First turn the setting measurement switch up (setting position), adjust the temperature setting knob, and see the number in the display window reaches the temperature you need, and then turn the setting measurement switch down (measurement position) , at this time, the temperature measured by the sensor is displayed in the display window. At this time, the heating indicator light is on, and the electric furnace starts to heat the beaker. If the difference between the measured temperature and the set value is > 15°C, the electric furnace will heat at full power. When the measured temperature rises to a difference of less than 15°C from the set temperature, the heating power of the electric furnace is adjusted by the pressure regulating knob, and the heating power is continuously adjustable from 20-400W, and can be adjusted according to the heating temperature, such as high temperature and high capacity. For larger ones, it is advisable to adjust the value to 8, 9, 10. Generally, it is adjusted at the beginning. If the temperature rises slowly or cannot reach the set temperature during the heating process, please increase the heating Voltage knob clockwise. , if it is found that the temperature rises too fast and exceeds the set temperature by a large amount during the heating process, the heating Voltage knob should be turned down counterclockwise (the key to constant temperature is stable heating and heat dissipation);

5. If you do not need to heat but want to measure the temperature, please adjust the temperature setting knob to be lower than the room temperature, and turn the setting measurement switch down (measurement position);

6. After using the agitator, unplug the power supply, clean the appearance after cooling, and keep it properly.
