Instructions

1. Place the H01-3 magnetic stirrer stably, put a suitable stirrer into the beaker containing the liquid medicine, and then place it in the middle of the workbench (ie electric furnace), turn the two adjustment knobs counterclockwise to the minimum, plug in Power supply. Turn on the power switch, the power indicator light is on.

2. Slowly rotate the speed control knob clockwise to make the stirring bar of the beaker rotate from slow to fast to stir the liquid medicine.

3. When the liquid medicine needs to be heated, turn the button switch on the back of the machine down, the temperature rise indicator light is on, the electric furnace is energized to heat the liquid medicine, the heating power of the electric furnace is adjusted by the temperature adjustment knob, and the voltmeter displays the Voltage of the electric furnace.

4. If automatic temperature control is required, connect the two lead wires of the electric contact mercury thermometer (prepared by the user) to the two terminals on the back of the machine and turn the button switch downwards. Insert the thermometer into the liquid medicine in the beaker and fix it on the gauge rod. , when the heating reaches the preset temperature, it will automatically stop heating, and when the temperature is lower than the preset temperature, it will automatically resume heating, so as to achieve automatic temperature control;

Note: The electric furnace has a certain thermal inertia, that is, when it is heated to the preset temperature, the electric furnace has been powered off (the temperature rise indicator light is off), but the remaining heat will still heat the liquid to make it warm up, affecting the temperature control accuracy. At this time, it can be adjusted appropriately. low heating power.

5. The maximum temperature on the surface of H01-3 magnetic stirrer electric furnace exceeds 300 ℃. When heating the liquid medicine, the temperature that the liquid medicine can reach is inversely proportional to its amount;

6. After use, unplug the power supply, clean the appearance after cooling down and store it.

Precautions

1. The power socket should have good grounding; 

2. The machine should be avoided to be used in a humid environment;

3. When the machine is in use, the liquid medicine in the beaker should not be too full to prevent overflow during stirring;

4. The H01-3 magnetic stirrer cannot be used alone as an electric furnace.
