Overview of SZQ-1000 Wet Film Applicator

MODERNER SZQ-1000 paint film Applicator is a bird-shaped applicator that meets the national standard. It is made of high-carbon chromium stainless steel with a hardness of HRC48±2. It is suitable for sample preparation in the paint and ink industry to determine the hiding power, color, gloss and other properties of paint samples. The wet film thickness that can be prepared by SZQ-1000 paint film Applicator is 1000μm. The single-sided wet Film Applicator controls the thickness of the wet film through the depth of the groove, and the thickness of the wet film that can be prepared by different specifications of the applicator is different.

Steps

1) Place the template on the coating platform and fix it, and it must not move when the wet Film Applicator slides over.

2) According to the required wet film thickness, select a suitable type of wet Film Applicator, and place it on the short side of the template, close to parallel or at a specified position.

3) Then pour about 5 ml of the sample in front of the wet Film Applicator, press both ends of it with your fingers, and slide at a constant speed of 150 mm/s to coat a wet film with a required thickness.

4) SZQ-1000 Paint Film Preparer Wet Film Applicator is cleaned and dried with solvent after use, and the surface is coated with oil or Vaseline.

CAUTION: Keep wet Film Applicator dry when not in use.
