Instructions

1. Place the stirrer stably, put the beaker containing the liquid medicine in the middle of the workbench (that is, the electric furnace), and put in a suitable rotor, turn the three knobs counterclockwise to the minimum, plug in the power, and turn the timing switch Turn to "ON" (open), or the desired timing scale, the power indicator light is on;

2. One-way stirring; turn the reversing time knob counterclockwise to the one-way position. At this time, the reversing circuit in the machine is closed, and the stirrer only performs one-way stirring. Slowly adjust the speed adjustment knob clockwise to make the inner rotor of the beaker from slow to Turn quickly to stir the liquid medicine;

3. Two-way stirring: Turn the reversing time knob clockwise to the two-way position (black scale line), the reversing circuit inside the machine is turned on, and the agitator will reverse for a certain period of time, then reverse the direction for the same time, and then reverse the direction. The reversing time is adjusted by the reversing time knob, and the reversing time is shortened by adjusting clockwise, and can be adjusted within 30 seconds to 5 seconds;

4. When the medicinal liquid needs to be heated and stirred, turn the button switch on the back of the machine down, the temperature rise indicator light is on, the electric furnace is energized to generate heat, the heating power of the electric furnace is adjusted by the temperature adjustment knob, and the voltmeter displays the heating Voltage;

5. If automatic temperature control is required, the two lead wires of the electric contact mercury thermometer (prepared by the user) can be connected to the terminal post on the back of the machine. The thermometer is inserted into the beaker liquid and fixed on the benchmark. When the temperature is lower than the preset temperature, it will automatically stop heating, so as to achieve automatic temperature control; Note: the electric furnace has a certain thermal inertia, that is, when it is heated to the preset temperature, the electric furnace has been cut off (heating indicator light extinguished), but the remaining heat will still heat the liquid to make it warm up, affecting the temperature control accuracy, at this time, the heating power can be appropriately lowered.

6. The maximum temperature on the surface of the 95-1 constant temperature magnetic stirrer electric furnace can exceed about 300°C, and the temperature of the heating liquid is inversely proportional to its volume;

7. After use, unplug the power supply, clean the appearance after it cools down, and store it.

Precautions

1. The power socket should have good grounding;

2. The machine should be avoided to be used in a humid environment;

3. When the 95-1 constant temperature magnetic stirrer is in use, the liquid medicine in the beaker should not be too full to prevent overflow during stirring;

4. This machine cannot be used as an electric furnace alone.
