Description

Chijiu/Meiyingpu H97-A constant temperature magnetic stirrer adopts brushless DC motor to drive stepless speed regulation and strong magnetic magnet, with strong stirring force, stable speed, mechanical timing, automatic temperature control and other functions, and the heating power is stepless adjustable, which is suitable for chemical industry, ** and other scientific research and teaching fields.

How to use:

1. Place the stirrer steadily, and place the beaker containing the liquid medicine in the middle of the workbench (i.e., the electric furnace). And put in an appropriate stir bar, adjust the two adjustment knobs to the minimum in reverse time, plug in the power supply, turn the timing switch to "ON" (on), or the scale that needs to be timed, and the power indicator light will be on;

2. Slowly rotate the speed control knob clockwise, so that the stirring bar in the beaker rotates from slow to fast and stirs the liquid until the required stirring speed, and the electric meter shows the stirring speed;

3. When the liquid medicine needs to be heated, turn the button switch down at the back of the machine, the heating indicator light will be on, the electric furnace will be energized and heated, and the heating power of the electric furnace will be adjusted by the temperature adjustment knob.

4. If you need automatic temperature control, you can connect the two leads of the mercury thermometer (provided by the user) to the two terminals behind the machine, and the thermometer is inserted into the beaker liquid medicine and fixed on the benchmark, and the heating will be automatically stopped when the heating is heated to the preset temperature, and the heating will be automatically resumed when the temperature is lower than the preset temperature, so as to achieve automatic temperature control;

Note: The electric furnace has a certain thermal inertia, that is, when it is heated to the preset temperature, the electric furnace has been powered off (the heating indicator light is off), but the remaining heat will still heat the liquid medicine to make it heat up, affecting the accuracy of temperature control.

5. The maximum temperature on the surface of the electric furnace of Benchijiu/Meiyingpu H97-A constant temperature magnetic stirrer exceeds 300 °C, and the temperature that the liquid can reach is inversely proportional to its amount when heating the liquid;

6. After use, the power should be unplugged, and the appearance should be cleaned after cooling.

Precautions

1. The power socket should be well grounded;

2. The machine should be avoided from being used in a humid environment;

3. When the machine is in use, the beaker should not be too full to prevent overflow when stirring;

4. This machine shall not be used as an electric furnace alone.
