Temperature control features

This stirrer adopts dual temperature control of Heating Plate temperature and liquid temperature, after the liquid temperature and Heating Plate temperature are set separately, as long as one of the two reaches the set temperature, the Heating Plate will be powered off. The right knob (Heating Plate temperature setting) can only set the liquid temperature when it is in the ON position or higher.

How to Use:

1. Place the stirrer steadily, turn the knobs on the left and right sides to the OFF position, connect the power cord, and plug in the power supply;

2. Put the beaker containing the liquid medicine in the middle of the Heating Plate, and put a stirring bar, the left knob is the speed regulation and power switch, turn it to ON, and slowly adjust it clockwise to make the stirring bar in the beaker reach the required speed;

3. The knob on the right is the heating switch, and the temperature of the Heating Plate can be set, and the small knob in the middle can set the temperature of the liquid. The liquid medicine needs to be added

When thermal temperature control, first connect the two leads of the sensor to the two binding posts behind the machine (color correspondence), insert the sensor into the liquid medicine, and fix it on the benchmark, turn on the heating switch, and set the temperature of the Heating Plate, set the measurement setting transfer switch upward, and the display window displays the liquid set temperature value, which is adjusted by the liquid temperature knob according to the need, and then the transfer switch is down, the display window displays the temperature measured by the sensor, the heating indicator light is on, and the Heating Plate is energized and heated. When the liquid reaches the set temperature, the Heating Plate will automatically stop heating. If you do not need to heat, but when you want to measure the temperature, please adjust the set temperature of the liquid to lower than room temperature, turn the switch downward, and adjust the heating switch to the ON position.

4. In use, the set temperature of the Heating Plate should be higher than the set temperature of the liquid, the difference between the two, and the amount of stirring.

The level of the liquid set temperature, the contact surface between the bottom surface of the beaker and the Heating Plate and the ambient temperature, etc., are related, so at the beginning, its difference is taken a little smaller, such as after the heating indicator is off, the temperature displayed by the digital display does not reach the set value, and no longer rises, or there is a downward trend, indicating that the set temperature of the Heating Plate is too low. On the contrary, if the temperature display of the digital display is still rising and exceeds the set temperature after the temperature rise indicator is off, it means that the set temperature of the Heating Plate is too high and can be adjusted appropriately.

5. After the stirrer is used, turn the left and right knobs to the OFF position and unplug the power supply. Allow to cool and clean the exterior and store it in a safe place.

Precautions

1. The power socket should be well grounded;

2. When the 08-2 heating constant temperature magnetic stirrer is used, the liquid medicine in the beaker should not be too full, so as not to overflow during stirring;

3. The temperature of the Heating Plate is very high when it is working, and the power cord and thermometer lead should be kept away and not touched;

4. This machine cannot be used as an electric furnace alone.
