Detection principle

The EDM Detector is by adding a certain amount of pulse high pressure to the surface of the anti-corrosion layer of various conductive substrates, such as because the anti-corrosion layer is too thin, leaking metal or there is a leaking pinhole, when the pulse high Voltage passes, it will form an air gap breakdown and produce spark discharge, and at the same time send a pulse signal to the alarm circuit, so that the alarm will send out a sound alarm, so as to achieve the purpose of detecting the anti-corrosion layer.
