DJ-6-B pulse electric spark leak Detector is a high-Voltage instrument with professional design, stable and reliable. It is a special instrument used to detect the quality of metal anti-corrosion coatings. This instrument can be used to detect glass-lined, fiberglass, epoxy, etc. of different thicknesses. Coatings such as coal pitch and rubber lining are inspected for quality. When there are quality problems with the anti-corrosion layer, such as pinholes, bubbles, cracks and cracks, the instrument will emit bright sparks and sound and light alarms. Because it is powered by nickel-metal hydride batteries, it is small in size and light in weight, so it is especially suitable for field operations.

Detection principle
The spark leak Detector applies a certain amount of pulse high Voltage to the surface of the anti-corrosion layer of various conductive substrates. If the anti-corrosion layer is too thin, metal leaks or there are air leakage pinholes, when the pulse high Voltage passes through, air gap breakdown will occur. Spark discharge is generated and a pulse signal is sent to the alarm circuit at the same time, causing the alarm to sound an alarm, thereby achieving the purpose of detecting the anti-corrosion layer.
