1. The stain resistance Tester is used to test the stain resistance performance of building exterior wall coatings.
2. It is composed of a time controller, a Water Tank, a fixed bracket, a flushing pipe, and a flushing table.
3. Standards requirements of GB/T 9780-2013 test method for stain resistance of architectural coatings.
4. The pollution source of the exterior wall paint in the standard is the configuration ash, which is made into a suspension by adding water and then attached to the coating test panel by brushing or dipping.
5. Rinse with water, and evaluate the stain resistance by measuring the change of the reflection coefficient of the coating before and after the stain resistance or according to the color difference grade of the basic gray card.
6. The brushing method is suitable for flat coatings, and the dipping method is suitable for uneven or rough coatings.
