Introduction
AT525D battery internal resistance Tester is an instrument that can measure battery internal resistance and Voltage online, using high-performance 32-bit ARM microprocessor control. Fully automatic real-time detection of micro handheld instrument, built-in large-capacity lithium battery to achieve ultra-long standby.
AT525D has both the superior performance of the portable and desktop instrument of the handheld meter, the main performance is compatible with the Hioki 3554, the instrument can test the resistance of 0.01mΩ~3.3Ω, the Voltage of 0~60V DC, the data display is stable, the maximum resistance is 3300 display digits, and the Voltage is up to 6000 display digits. The test speed is 10 times/second, and the accuracy of 0.5% can still be guaranteed, and the reading runout is controlled below 3 characters.
The resistance measurement of the instrument adopts the vector test principle, and the Voltage measurement adopts the differential test principle, so that the open circuit Voltage can be accurately measured. In addition, the instrument has a professional sorting function, built-in sorting record, GD/NG sorting result display sorting signal setting, and is applied to UPS online battery measurement automatic sorting system to complete the automatic assembly line test.
The AT525D is equipped with 500 sets of data storage, which can save measurement data with one click, saving you time in recording data.
