It is mainly used for bending performance testing of color steel, aluminum plates, etc., with compact structure, simple appearance and easy to use.

how to use

Insert one end of the sample about 10 mm, compress the sample, and turn the handle to bend the sample to an acute angle.

Take out the sample and insert it into the vise, and press the curved part of the sample tightly, which is regarded as 0T bending.

Check for cracks on the coating, coating within 5 mm from the edge is not considered.

Stick the scotch tape along the curved surface, tear off the tape along the 60° direction of the curved surface, and check whether there is any peeling coating.

The sample continues to be bent 180° around the 0T bending part, and the center of the folding is 1T bending.

Repeat the above steps until you see the desired result.
