The flexibility of a paint film is evaluated by its ability to deform with its substrate under specified conditions without damage.

Bend the model to observe whether the putty coating film cracks or falls off, expressed in millimeters of the minimum diameter of the curved arc.

It is suitable for measuring the flexibility of thick paint putty.

how to use

The instrument consists of two parts, the press frame and the template. When using it, place the pinch roller handle and the press frame at the back end of the template so that the template is fully exposed.

Insert the template into the small groove at the back end of the template and use the pressing handle to make the eccentric shaft press against one end of the template.

Move the press frame down and pass the rolling shaft on the press frame to make the template bend and deform evenly along the surface of the formwork.

Move the press frame to the positioning Xiao and finally observe the physical changes on the surface of the sample putty film
