1. The lifting system adopts helical rack/helical gear method:
Other Rotational Viscometers in CHINA use spur rack/spur gear method. Only one tooth of the rack and gear contacts during operation. If you adjust it upward easily, it will slide downward. If you avoid self-slip, adjust upward and it will slide. difficulty. The NDJ-1 Rotational Viscometer uses a helical gear. When the helical rack and helical gear work, there are three teeth in contact, which effectively overcomes the shortcomings of the spur rack/spur gear method. It is convenient and easy to move up and down without self-slip. . (The helical rack/helical gear method is much more difficult than the spur rack/gear method in terms of processing cost.)

In order to make the Rotational Viscometer run smoothly and measure accurately, the machining accuracy of the gear is very high. At present, the gears used by other domestic (CN) manufacturers to produce viscometers are processed from metal sheets into toothed plates and then riveted with other parts. Due to the limitations of this processing method, it is difficult to meet the design requirements, making the viscometer run unstable during operation. Such as jitter, shaking, pointer jumping, etc., and loud noise. Our factory uses high-performance engineering plastics (whose performance is better than metal) to press and mold the entire component of the gear at one time. Due to the high precision of the mold, it ensures that the processed gear fully meets the design requirements, fundamentally solving the problem of metal gear belts.
