When measuring, place the sample on the test bench (6), tighten the adjustment bolts (5), (8), and adjustment bolts (10) of the fixed sample, and move the lifting rod (2) backwards so that the tip of the rotating needle touches the paint film. If the bottom plate is not scratched, the weight should be added as appropriate. Shake the handle (11) evenly in a clockwise direction. Rotation speed should be 80-100 rpm, and the standard drawing length of the circular roller line scratch is 7.5 +/- 0.5 cm. Move the lifting rod (2) forward so that the chuck plate is lifted, loosen the relevant bolts (5), (8), (10) that fix the sample plate, remove the sample plate, remove the paint chips on the scratch with a paint brush, and check the scratch with a quadruple magnifying glass and grade. III. Rating method Take the upper side of the scratch on the sample as the inspection target, and mark seven parts such as 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, and 7 in turn. Correspondingly divided into seven grades. Check the integrity of the paint film of each part in sequence. If more than 70% of the lattice of a certain part is intact, it is determined that the part is intact, otherwise it should be considered damaged. For example, part 1 paint film is intact and the adhesion is the best, which is set as first grade; part 1 paint film is damaged and part 2 is intact, followed by adhesion, which is set as second grade. And so on, seventh grade is the worst adhesion. The results are based on the same level of at least two templates.
