SRG-4000 Portable Surface Roughness Tester With professional expertise in the surface roughness Tester, the SRG-4000 is designed with the Operating Environment in mind. This kind of surface roughness Tester is distinguished from other brand products by high precision, more measurement parameters and simple operation. The PHASE II Surface Roughness Tester is extremely sensitive and highly accurate, providing measurement of multiple surface roughness parameters, including Ra, Rq(Rms), Rt and Rz.
The high sensitivity and precision of the diamond stylus enable a display resolution of up to 0.001 microns. The SRG-4000 uses a simple internal structure that allows for metric to inch conversion, measurement length, sample length, parameters, test level (sensor position), digital filter and much more!
The battery-powered portability allows the SRG-4500 Surface Roughness Tester to increase productivity throughout the job shop.
Optional for the SRG-4000 include:
-2um radius diamond contact pin sensor
- Connecting the poles
- Accurate measurement platform
- Surface roughness sample with NIST certificate
