Introduction

JIAHANG JHY80 Automatic Oil Melting Point Apparatus can quickly and accurately determine the melting point of various oils. Two samples can be measured at the same time. Through the digital optical sensor, the whole experimental process is digitized and transmitted to the computer. The intelligent software can automatically judge the melting point of oil, eliminate the subjective error of human judgment of the melting point, and reduce the labor intensity of the experimenters. JHY50 video oil melting point instrument has its own heating system, which can ensure a stable heating rate. The platinum temperature sensor has fast response and high accuracy, which has very good advantages over the traditional method of using mercury thermometers.

JHY80 Automatic Oil Melting Point Apparatus has a refrigeration system, but does not have an automatic detection function. The temperature control range is from room temperature to 100.0°C.

1. Heating Water Bath

 Platinum temperature sensor, unique Water Bath heating design, heating rate 0.1-10°C/min. The temperature display range is 0~100°C, the temperature control accuracy is 0.1°C, the response speed is fast and the accuracy is high, and more accurate experimental results can be obtained.

The Water Bath adopts glass tubes to prevent scale and rust, easy to clean and prolong the service life.

After starting up, it will automatically and quickly preheat the temperature to the initial temperature set by the user.

2. Professional software

Experimental results can be automatically generated and saved, and can be printed at any time. The experimental process is automatically recorded and saved to the SD card. When the SD card space is insufficient, the user will be prompted to transfer or clear the data.

Users can observe the experiment process at any time through the window in the software, and can also change the playback speed through video playback to better observe the details of the experiment. The software interface is friendly, easy to use, and various parameters are clear at a glance.
