VMA R30 high-speed mixer is a low-speed, high-torque mixing equipment that can be used to mix high-viscosity materials such as adhesives, sealants, etc.
The VMA DISPERMAT R30 series high-speed mixers can be used to mix, homogenize and suspend materials to obtain satisfactory material pellets, especially suitable for high-viscosity product applications due to their high torque.
Unique Structural Design:
The VMA DISPERMAT R30 high-speed mixer consists of different mixing tools with propeller blades, butterfly agitator, dispersion disc and three-bladed mixing blades, as well as a base plate made of stainless steel and a maintenance-free AC motor with adjustable height for precise dispersion.
Comfortable Control Panel:
The VMA DISPERMAT R30 high-speed mixer features a control panel made of stainless steel that includes a speed potentiometer, an ON/OFF switch, a motor height adjustment switch and a digital speed display, making a separate control cabinet unnecessary due to the integrated electronic power.
Optional supporting systems:
The VMA DISPERMAT R30 high-speed mixer can be used in conjunction with a CDS vacuum system to disperse the material under vacuum-tight conditions.
