Introduction
CQ-60G mirror gloss meter is used to measure the surface gloss of objects. It is suitable for measuring the gloss of paints, coatings, inks, plastics, paper, ceramic tiles, enamel, stone, electroplating and other products . The mirror gloss meter is a domestic (CN) smaller and more portable model newly developed by Chengqixin. The measurement data is almost consistent with the German BYK gloss meter measurement data. The measurement data is stable and drift-free. The gloss meter can be used for measurement as soon as it is turned on, no need to wait, and it is easy to operate.

Instructions
1) Power on/off: Press the power on button on the right side of the mirror gloss meter. If there is a reading on the LCD, it means the power is connected and the gloss meter starts to work. Press and hold the left button for a long time without releasing it or it will automatically shut down after 1 minute. shutdown;
2) Calibration: Open the standard plate box, place the mirror gloss meter measurement port on the black glass standard plate, and the gloss meter needs to be placed in the positioning frame. Press and hold the Calibration button, the instrument displays 8888. Data calibration is completed within 1 second. The number is in line with the calibration value on the black glass standard plate; (Note: This gloss meter has excellent writing stability, and calibration can be performed once a month)
3) Calibration: Place the mirror gloss meter on the standard plate box, long press the Calibration button, and "8.8.8.8" appears on the display. At this time, the difference between the value displayed on the display and the calibration value of the working plate should be within 1.5Gs. Within, the gloss meter calibration is completed;
4) Measurement: Place the gloss meter on the sample to be tested, and the reading displayed on the display screen is the gloss value of the sample;
5) Backlight: After turning on the phone, lightly press the power button to turn on the backlight, and turn off the backlight by pressing it again.
Precautions for use
Maintenance
1. About the standard board
Please be sure to keep the mirror gloss meter standard plate clean to avoid measurement errors caused by inaccurate readings during gloss meter calibration. If there is dust or stains on the surface, it will cause the gloss meter error to increase and the reading to be inaccurate. You can gently wipe it with the lens cloth or absolute alcohol provided.
2. About the battery
Please be sure to use good batteries produced by regular manufacturers to avoid machine failure caused by battery leakage. For rechargeable models, please be sure to use rechargeable batteries for charging. Do not charge dry batteries, otherwise it will cause more serious leakage and cause an explosion.
3. About the host
Please try to place the gloss meter in a clean, dry environment with a suitable temperature, so as to ensure that the gloss meter can work stably for a long time.
Measurement
1. When measuring, please keep the measuring bottom surface of the instrument clean. There should be no dust or debris attached to the measuring bottom surface.
2. Do not turn the calibration knob during measurement, which may cause measurement errors.
3. Try to avoid direct exposure to strong light during use, otherwise it will affect the measurement accuracy.
4. When measuring, please gently place the mirror gloss meter on the object being measured. Do not pull the gloss meter to measure different positions to avoid damaging the object being measured. If you need to measure different points, please pick up the gloss meter and put it back again. on another point.
5. After measurement, please turn off the power, put the gloss meter into the packaging box and place it in a clean place.
