Applications

Tenghui TF-804 ink printing decolorization testing machine is suitable for testing the abrasion resistance of the printing ink layer of printed matter, the abrasion resistance of the PS plate photosensitive layer and the abrasion resistance of the surface coating of related products. Effectively analyze problems such as poor scratch resistance of printed matter, peeling of ink film, low printing durability of PS plates, and poor coating hardness of other products.

Tenghui TF-804 ink printing decolorization testing machine is designed and manufactured in accordance with GB7706 and meets the relevant standards of GB/T7706, JIS K5701, and ASTM D5264. 

Principle

The layer to be ground and the friction paper of the sample rub against each other at a specified speed under the action of the loaded friction body. The wear resistance of the ink layer or coating can be judged by measuring the decrease in density or coating thickness before and after friction.
