Containing PTFE, AP100 exhibits an extremely high degree of lubricity and has been proven to be 8 times the standard level of lubrication, making it a petroleum-based grease.

Apiezon AP100 Ultra High Vacuum Grease is typically used in ambient (typically 10 to 30°C / 50 to 86°F) environments. If you're looking for a grease that can operate at higher temperatures, Apiezon AP101 or Apiezon H grease may be a better fit.

Apiezon AP100 is a silicone-free ultra-high vacuum grease with the following features:

Applications for the Apiezon AP100

1) Apiezon AP100 ultra-high vacuum grease is commonly used to protect stepper motors and gearboxes from corrosion and wear, especially when they are subjected to high load conditions.

2) AP100 is also used to prevent plugging of plugs, faucets and small metal fasteners.

Retention period

Apiezon AP100 has a shelf life of 10 years (from the date of manufacture) when stored unopened in its original packaging and stored at ambient temperature.
