FANGRUI DV-1 Digital Rotational Viscometer

DV-1 digital viscometer adopts the new international microcomputer drive technology, imported stepper motor, LCD backlight display, program setting, automatic control, with stable speed, good accuracy, easy operation, error alarm and other practical functions, the screen directly displays viscosity, speed, percent torque, rotor number and the temperature of the measured liquid and other information. The instrument is all measured and corrected by standard silicone oil for the full scale and linearity of each block through the PC interface to ensure that the instrument has high sensitivity, high precision and high repeatability. The measured data is accurate, reliable and reproducible.

Features

(1) The viscosity value of the tested sample is directly displayed on the LCD screen, without manual calculation;

(6) The instrument can provide the test low viscosity option "No. 0 rotor", which is used to accurately test the viscosity value in the range of 1~100mpa.s;

(7) The temperature probe can be selected to measure the temperature of the tested sample in real time, and the temperature measurement accuracy is 0.1°C;

(8) RS232 interface (or optional USB2.0 interface), which can output data and connect external devices;

(9) Standard data processing software, can record the change of sample viscosity with time, speed or rotor (shear rate) and temperature in real time, which provides a good analytical method for understanding the viscosity and rheological properties of non-Newtonian liquids.
