After setting the temperature, the instrument controls the heating output by itself, and the temperature control is accurate and stable. Fault sound and light alarm and automatically cut off the heating output.

Bozhen BZ-12-10 box-type Resistance Furnace adopts domestic (CN) professional technology. The furnace shell is made of high-quality steel plate through folding welding and drawing, and the control box is integrated with the furnace body. Beautiful appearance, avoiding the cumbersome installation of customers. The inner furnace lining is a rectangular integral furnace lining made of high alumina and silicon carbide refractory materials. The helical heating element made of iron-nickel-chromium-aluminum alloy wire is passed through the upper, lower, left and right wire grooves of the inner furnace lining. Heat up and down and side to side. The inside of the furnace is a sealed structure, and the insulation layer is built with refractory fiber aluminum silicate wool and diatomite products between the inner furnace and the furnace shell.
