Introduction

BZH-2.5-12 ash determination muffle furnace is suitable for determining the ash content of petroleum products and plastic products. It is designed and manufactured according to GB/T2433. Use ashless filter paper as the ignition core to ignite the sample placed in a suitable container to make it burn To the remaining carbon, the carbonaceous residue is converted into ash by heating in a high-temperature furnace at 775°C-900°C, and then cooled and weighed.

1. The temperature controller adopts intelligent digital display temperature controller, which has professional PID control mode, double-row digital display microcomputer temperature control, with over-temperature alarm function, timing function, and accurate and reliable temperature control.

2. Independent temperature limit alarm, automatically interrupted when the temperature exceeds the limit, to ensure that the experiment is carried out safely without accidents.

Note: configuration functions can be added according to the customer's experimental requirements, program temperature control, fast ash, slow ash, users can modify the temperature and time of each heating section of ash content and volatile matter.

Furnace structure and materials

Furnace shell material: the outer box shell is made of high-quality cold plate, which is treated with phosphoric acid film salt and sprayed at high temperature, and the color is computer gray;

Furnace material: high-aluminum liner is adopted, which has good wear resistance and heats up, down, left, and right sides of the high-temperature furnace;

Heat insulation method: insulation brick and insulation cotton;

Chimney: 304 stainless steel;

Temperature measuring port: The thermocouple enters from the upper rear of the furnace body;

Binding post: The heating furnace wire binding post is located at the rear and lower part of the furnace body;
