Shenyang Tianxing ED400 eddy current Thickness Gauge is a coating Thickness Gauge produced in strict accordance with the national standard GB/T4957-2003, which is a new type of eddy current Thickness Gauge that is upgraded and optimized on the basis of ED300 Thickness Gauge.The ED400 eddy-current Thickness Gauge has a measurement range of 0~500 microns, which is suitable for non-destructive measurement of coating thickness in a small film thickness range, and is connected to an external probe with a resolution of 0.1 microns.

Application
ED400 eddy current Thickness Gauge is mainly used to measure the anodized film or coating thickness on the surface of aluminum alloy profiles, and can also be used to measure the anodized film or coating thickness on the surface of other aluminum plates, aluminum tubes, aluminum composite panels, and aluminum parts, to measure the thickness of the insulating covering layer on other non-ferrous metal materials, and to measure the thickness of plastic films and paper.
