ZCC2080.1 ZCC2087.5 Hundred-grid knife is also called square testing machine or hundred-grid testing knife. The Cross-Cut method is a simple method to test the adhesion of paint, and is suitable for both single-layer and multi-layer baking paint. Use a standard thin gauge or multiple blades to make a 90-degree cross cut on the paint surface to determine the paint adhesion. The ZCC2087 hundred-grid knife adopts a "carbon tungsten steel six-sided rotating ball knife", which is divided into 25 grids and 100 grids. The newly designed elastic ergonomic grip can avoid unilateral side scraping caused by uneven force application, making the test more accurate.
