The function and performance of Arda DV-1 digital viscometer have reached or exceeded the professional level of the same type abroad.It adopts16A digital viscosity measuring instrument with a stepper motor high subdivision drive and a digital LCD with blue backlight function as the core of the microcomputer processor.The DV-1 Digital Viscometer is a program-controlled Rotational Viscometer that can be connected to a computer and printer.
Features
1. The speed is stable and accurate, the key is clearly marked, the program is designed, and the operation is simple.
2. When the torque is lowerIf 10% is higher than 90% of the measurement range, the instrument will sound an alarm.
3. The RTD temperature probe can monitor and measure the viscosity temperature in real time with an accuracy of 0.1°C. The temperature measurement range is 0°C-120°C.
4. The screen directly displays the viscosity, speed, temperature, percentmeter torque, rotor number and the maximum viscosity value that can be measured by the selected rotor at the current speed.
5. Optional RS232 interface printing, printing interval set by user.
6. The main control board and subdivision driver board all adopt SMD technology, and the circuit design adopts the current professional microcomputer processor, and the structural layout is reasonable and compact.

The DV-1 digital viscometer is used to measure the viscous resistance of liquids and the dynamic viscosity of liquids. Includes Newtonian liquid and non-Newtonian liquid measurements. It can be widely used to determine the viscosity of various fluids such as grease, paint, food, coating, papermaking, cosmetics, chemical industry, capsule adhesive and so on.
