DASHENG (≥ 3 pump heads) -D drying tower -D can be adapted to DA7003/7004/5003/5004 Air Compressor

Introduction

During the operation of the Dasheng oil-free Air Compressor, the air storage tank will cause the oil and gas to combine into water due to the drop in temperature. Excessive water will affect the work of the air pressure equipment, or the staff need to drain water regularly. Therefore, Dasheng Production has designed a drying tower, which is based on the principle of adsorption drying, which can reduce the temperature of the dew point and achieve the effect of drying. This drying tower is an optional accessory of the Air Compressor and is installed on the back of the Air Compressor.

Dasheng drying tower-D  is adsorption drying (≥3 pump heads)-D, suitable for Air Compressors with 3~4 pump heads. The drying tower can play a drying role and reduce the dew point temperature.

How the product works

The dew point temperature is the temperature at which unsaturated air condenses into liquid water by lowering the temperature so that it reaches a saturated state while keeping the partial pressure of water vapor constant. When the outlet temperature of the Air Compressor is too low, the oil-air mixture will condense due to the low temperature in the air storage tank, and the water in the lubricating oil will affect the lubrication effect. The drying tower can lower the dew point temperature and improve the drying effect.
