How to maintain the color wheel
1. Check the mesh regularly using a mesh microscope.
2. Check the viscosity of the ink and clean the anilox roller in time.
3. When the ZS (28011) color wheel anilox roller is not in use, it should be stored in an anilox roller protective cover to keep the surface clean and play a buffering and vibration-absorbing role.
4. Use a good scraper to control the pressure between the scraper and the anilox roller. If possible, put a magnetic filter in the ink tank to reduce ink impurity particles, reduce the wear of the anilox roller, and extend the service life.
